The Ranco normally closed high-pressure switch features 1/4" female threads designed to connect to the refrigerant port on the high-pressure side of HVAC systems. It activates by opening at 425 psig and resets by closing at 325 psig. Equipped with 1/4" male wire terminals, it is commonly used with R22 or equivalent refrigerants.
